Insurance Information
We accept insurance for services rendered and are "in-network" providers for the plans listed below. For "out-of-network", we offer various payment options for plans that have high deductibles.
We will submit claims for payment to your insurance plan. It is your responsibility to understand and be aware of what your specific plan benefits are including deductibles,
copayments, coinsurance, and covered services. Please be advised that even if speech therapy or occupational thearpy is a benefit on your plan, that there are often specific diagnosis exclusions. Many times, developmental delays are excluded unless there is a medical diagnosis. The final determination of whether or not the service will be covered will be after the claim is processed.
